OhioBuys is the State of Ohio’s online procurement system, developed to streamline purchasing for public sector buyers. The system allows eligible entities to browse, compare, and buy from pre-approved vendors like Mvation, all under negotiated contracts such as CTR027331—our current contract. The OhioBuys portal is available to a wide range of public-sector entities, including:

If your organization qualifies under the State of Ohio’s cooperative purchasing program, you are authorized to buy directly through OhioBuys using Mvation’s contract pricing.
📍Important Note: Your organization does not need to be physically located in Ohio to participate—if you’re enrolled in Ohio’s Cooperative Purchasing Program, you’re eligible. This includes certain government, education, or nonprofit agencies in neighboring states.
